We manufacture and sell tungsten carbide, high-density tungsten, copper tungsten alloys, tungsten/molybdenum, and tantalum/niobium. T&D seeks a highly qualified, dedicated, and energetic sales manager to help lead T&D through a high growth cycle.  We value creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.  We are looking for manufacturer sales representatives. We pay 10% commission on each order.

 

Position:

Sales Manager

Description:

TD Materials Manufacturing is an ISO registered factory of tungsten carbide; high-density tungsten alloy; copper tungsten; tungsten; molybdenum; tantalum and niobium products. Our head office is located at Broomall, PA.

We are looking for an individual who has both sales experience and knowledge of the above metals. Individuals who have worked with our products are preferred. We offer your choice of working from home or working at our Broomall, PA office.

You can choose to get high rate sales commission or base salary + commission.

Responsibilities:

• Working directly with the management team in developing and executing the sales and marketing strategy

• Drive the functional sales and marketing effort

• Provide industry, market, and client analysis

• Develop and manage all marketing media including:   social media, new website, SEO, marketing collateral, brochures, specification sheets, newsletters, etc.

• Participate in trade shows and client demonstrations

• Manage corporate CRM system

• Develop business plan and recommend sales strategies for different sales channels and markets

• Conduct business development research to expand pipeline and identify new markets for growth

• Develop proactive sales programs to drive growth in revenue

• Identify and support product development opportunities in new and existing markets

• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results

• Ensure that all activity complies with commercial, regulatory and environmental laws
• Training

• Performance tracking/reporting

• Phone/lead management

• Customer relations

• Commission tracking

• Hire and manage sales staff

• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Experience managing multiple sales channels

• You consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals

• Extensive knowledge of distribution, direct OEM, wholesale, and resellers

• Experience negotiating and managing large contracts

• Experience working and communicating with all levels of a customer organization

• Delegation and supervisory skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records

• Communicate and effectively lead/motivate others

• Must have strong time management and organizational skills

• Must be able to multi-task

• Must be an effective leader with a positive attitude

• Able to travel to tradeshows/sales calls – to include some weekends

Education & Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years professional sales experience

• 5+ years experience effectively managing a team

• 4-year BA or BS degree. Advanced degrees are an asset.

Experienced Sales Representative/Account Manager
